2. The price listed for our product/item is fixed and non-negotiable.
3. We will not be responsible for customers' mistakes in choosing our products. Buyers or
customers can ask for suggestions or advice from us but the final decision is the responsibility of

sale (walk-in) and delivery orders (COD). Buyers can ask us the availability of the stock and can
make a reservation without any charge.
5. Customers who purchase any device can also get service assistance from us for products that are
still under the warranty period. We will help customers to send the item to the service center.
However, any discussion about the product is only between the owner of the item and the
service center itself.
6. Customers Details
Customers need to create an account when want to purchase an item .We really need
customers/buyer details once when you purchased with us (e.g. address, name, phone no and
email). This is to facilitate the selling or delivery process can be done easily and accurately with
the right customer. The information provided by the customer must be correct. The customer
should be responsible if there is a problem due to the error of personal information.
Customer information is safe with us. We will not disseminate or share your information to any
party for any other purpose. Customer’s details we will save only for future or another selling or
8. Purchased and Payment
At this platform we prepared 2 methods of payment such as:
(i) Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide COD services in selected place (Kota Kinabalu area). Buyers may pay cash
directly to our deliver agent (runner) upon their receipt of the purchased item.
(ii) Bank Transfer
Buyers can also make payment using online transfer to our bank account or bank in through
an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). Transfer or bank in slip (proof of payment) must be given
to us so that the next process can be carried out. If we do not get any proof of payment within 2
days after the order date, any management regarding customer’s order will be canceled.
Our delivery is done in two ways: Cash on delivery (COD) based on what we mentioned
above 3(i) which is only available to buyers located in the Kota Kinabalu area. For the buyer
who located at other place or location we will post your item through shipping express (J&T
Delivery time using COD (cash on delivery) is uncertain. However, we will ensure that
the delivery of the item will be on the date or day that has been set. Our delivery agent will
inform or call the buyers before start moving to the given location.
We will pack as best as possible for items posted using shipping express (J&T Express).
We will continue to post your item after all payment process is completed. We will provide
the tracking number to the buyer through this platform. The delivery period depends on the
shipping express itself.
10. Self Collect
Customers can also do self collect in our store or shop. Buyer need to give us the
information of the item you want to buy so that our team can provide it directly. Payment
can be done by online bank transfer or by cash. Location for self collect is in Kota Kinabalu
city (Suria Sabah Mall, Imago shopping mall or Center Point).
11. Item Quality and Warranty
The stock or item we sell is an original (never used) item and has a warranty. Smartphone
and accessories have different warranty period. Item that comes with the smart phone
(freebies) do not have any warranty given.
Smartphone (1 YEAR WARRANTY)
Standard 1 year warranty is provided for all smart phones. Buyer can claim
this warranty at the brand official service centre (e.g. Samsung, Vivo, and
Accessories (3-6 MONTHS WARRANTY)
Accessories that have electronic function only available with this warranty
(e.g. LED case, earphone etc). For accessories that only have a non-electronic
function do not have any warranty.
The service period is about 2 weeks or more depending on the problem found on the device.
For a shorter time the buyer can direct to go to the nearest service center.
